While in the process of searching for new ink cartridges because my printer was about due for a new set, and instead I decided not to go with my old lc61 ink cartridge and instead opted for the hp 940xl ink cartridge that my friend had raved about. Although the specific lc61 ink that I was using was still great, the HP 940xl was offered at a lower price and since it still had been awesome reviews, I decided to be financially smart and go with the 940xl. I figured “Why not?” and I’m still very happy with my decision. Switching to the HP ink has saved me both money and paper. I find that this specific ink cartridge lasts longer than my last one and does not use up as much when printing which hads to higher efficiency and longer product-life. This is important to me seeing as I work from home and can’t be leaving every other week to go and replace my ink cartridge just because I made a poor puchase and my ink decided to splurt out randomly and loose shelf-life. I think that everyone looking for a product, whether for printing or not, you should really research it beforehand and make sure to check out the reviews by other consumers as well. Looking at those has really helped me make smarter purchases ever since I stopped buying at stores on impulse and instead thinking it over in my head and searching online for other opinions. If it’s a really small purchase you don’t really have to do that, but if it’s either something that’s going to cost you a lot of money or be work-related, I would take the time to make sure you’re making the correct choice. If it’s for work, you really don’t want to make a bad choice that would prove being less productive. If you’re risking a lot of money, don’t just buy because it looks nice. Make sure it works as advertised and also make sure that the tech support or customer service is just as great. Believe me, this could be very important down the road if you experience any problems.

INTRODUCTION.

Knowledge Management in Education is a collection of processes governing the creation, dissemination and use of knowledge. In one form or another, knowledge management has been a very long time. Doctors found the philosophers, priests, teachers, politicians, scribes, Liberians, etc. are not managing information as a “technology thing” or “Computer Case” If we accept the assumption that knowledge management is engaged in the process of discovery and knowledge create great managed, then allowed to knowledge management is much more than a “matter of Technology, and the elements in each works. Knowledge management consists of a wide range of techniques used by organizations to find, create, represent and distribute information. was established discipline since 1995, a group of university courses and both professional and academic journals dedicated to it.
very specific new information management processes and organizational structures to create a liability for miles, application support processes km Enabling Technologies CHALLENGES OF HIGHER EDUCATION in India: –

Expansion of higher education in India

successful ‘Green Revolution’, ‘Space Technology’ information technology ‘nuclear’ and ‘India is to achieve higher “- we owe it all the higher education system, as it came over 60 years of Indian independence. undeniably, the Indian education system, which has contributed significantly to the growth of India being the world’s second largest economy growing, , the third largest economy in the world, the fastest growing market of mobile phone, the owner of the largest bandwidth, and help with the second highest proportion of scientists and engineers worldwide . Increase Assets:

India is dramatically growing number of universities in six years, and especially since 1990, this growth was for any other reason. by expanding the number of state universities and deemed universities. The period from the year 1990 as well as promotion of private universities. The university is expanding relatively slowly and lead terms of regional distribution unbundling. He also stated that the vast majority of universities, the state government manages to associate particular ate in nature. Because of the current number of universities in the country where the burden Bringing together high school university high uncontrollably and inconsistent, in some cases, a number of colleges affiliated with the University, running as high as many hundreds. Thus, despite the significant increase in the number of universities are needed more space for further expansion in the number of high schools and universities.

   Inclusiveness and Gender:

Participants diversity, inclusion, and inequality, there is great diversity own way and some of the faculty and students a rich range of research institutes, private liberal arts colleges and community colleges. While participants issues and strategies in each of the three areas relevance, diversity, inclusion, and inequality in education (DIIE), most of our conversation focused on diversity and inequality. Quality and Excellence: / requires> p provide excellent education structural and institutional reforms as well as a greater proportion of financial resources. Transmission quality of education would mean improved infrastructure, increased use of information and communication technology, teaching and learning in groups small, providing autonomy to faculties, departments and individual teachers. But more than deliver that quality education requires that ‘development capabilities ‘ or calling are enough programs for top award -up ‘ of the faculty are not stale, it retains its vibrancy and the dynamics of research, education and innovation in designing new methods of teaching.

The world has become a modern technological education of quality needs. Government is the world to appoint committees and commissions, to excellence in education. Curriculum is reviewed and extended to more informed and more relevant in the curricula of schools and colleges higher education funding.

strongly on the importance and the need for establishing new common institutions of higher education and career hardly be ignored, but should invest in existing facilities and institutions that have less priority.

proposed fee quite a trip can hardly provide the necessary resources. We any way the fee is not justified. In addition, it proposes the need for building stronger and stronger private – public partnership funding and improve quality of higher education, unhesitatingly supported the proposal, as we have seen , and mutual practical benefits for private households, industries on the one hand and universities and higher education beneficiaries on the other side.. For example, universities and research institutions in research and innovation can provide a competitive advantage to Indian industry and can provide on the spot, based on experience for students. academic and administrative reforms

Unlike the equity expansion / inclusion, and quality / excellence, where efforts to make policy decisions in the context of management reforms in the field of academics, and administration are already well together and announced by the publicity.

Although the recommendations of the credit system, semester system, other international assessments, less the written examination component, teacher evaluation by students, inter-institutional mobility, etc. to be generally accepted, many of them have been implemented and operationalized as yet. Some of them were tried and failed, and some others on a selective basis. As a result, many institutional changes in recruitment, examination, faculty and administrative procedures relating Role of Private Schools. A

spread the education to achieve this thanks to the active state support, financed from public funds it deems necessary to ensure equal opportunities for all of higher education. It is a policy, however, declared that the country is also encouraging private investment in higher education as far as controlling the charities and nonprofit motives. While mostly universities in public domain, India has a history of large numbers of colleges established and maintained by private management. recently gained the self-financing private institutions, universities and other degree awarding institutions prominent. At the same time has seen the trend among publicly funded institutions and run courses on self-financing basis. Later, private universities, came through the state legislature or through the university system also must be defined

internationalize the education. You can

questions about the internationalization of higher education will be discussed in two broad heads, which represent two broad aspects of the problem. The first aspect deals with the demand for Indian higher education open to service providers international, and on the second aspect of dealing with the internationalization of Indian higher education. Having to go abroad for higher education has long been the most valuable destination for students of underdeveloped and developing countries. Who was called the most student foreign students for their dedication and determination, and was often a source of pride for my college, they were rarely seen as a source of income. But there are many things change regime post WTO / GATS.

developing countries now considered a market for higher education and foreign universities from other countries compete with each other to increase their market share. As the demand for opening the higher education sector in India for foreign service providers is increasing, the question of providing the appropriate regulatory framework for international education providers in the government during negotiations. effective regulatory mechanism is necessary for quality education with equity and accountability. It was also felt that Indian universities and colleges should be allowed to form strategic alliances with universities and other foreign institutions of repute, and that universities should be allowed in India research collaboration with universities abroad, but these measures should share aa one where Indian rights design and copyrights counter CONCEPT Knowledge Management in Education: -.

Information Education Information Education for Skills Training Literacy for Employment Training for livelihood training for strengthening education for Social Development and the National in Training main question:

   INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

   A Micro-level management tasks:

structuring and distributing course material to prepare studies and presentation of study materials and communication between the educational institutions (student-faculty, student-student) Implementation of classroom tasks, either individually or group based on performance evaluation B. Macro-level management tasks:

Journey to the total educational process organization and management of information and knowledge flows within the educational organization monitors the performance of students, faculty, courses, curricula, and (allocation) information resources available the monitoring results to the objectives and standards of the dynamic changes in the educational program in response to the contradictions between the objectives and standards, and results of operations. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT FOCUS:

“. focus on knowledge management to ‘do the right thing’ instead of doing the right thing “framework, in which the organization views its processes as knowledge processes, and includes all business processes in distributed creation and application of knowledge organizational maintenance and survival ”

TYPES OF INFORMATION.

is are two types,

About Implicit information specifically clear information

p <> strong> p / objective, rational, technically straightforward and easily documented shift / teaching / learning

p, subjective cognitive, experiential learning, solid convert hard document / teaching / learning < requires / strong> Many of the human performances PROCESS KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: –

Knowledge Management Process for schools, colleges and universities. Some would argue that knowledge sharing is a reason. If so, then the higher education sector should be many examples of these institutions use to spur innovation information, improve services or operational excellence goals. However, although some samples, they are the exception rather than the rule. Knowledge Management is not new material, and experiments are beginning to ripen in the field of education.

I believe that major higher education institutions that develop initiatives to share information to achieve business or organizational objectives. What are the basic concepts of knowledge management as the trends and how they can be applied in higher education and higher education, whether it is willing to accept them or not, we know with this article. shape Some of the trends in the field of knowledge management in the future not-too-distant (even now):

Emerging Technology Solutions -:

NEW TRENDS IN MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION convergence of knowledge management for e-business projects, limited movement of knowledge management projects throughout the company is growing use of knowledge management to support innovation to increase use of implicit knowledge (rather than explicit knowledge) innovation, knowledge management in the current situation of education: – Using knowledge management techniques and technology in education as critical as it is in the corporate sector. If done effectively, it can lead to better decision making capabilities, reduced “product development cycle time (for curriculum development, for example, and research), to improve the academic and administrative services and costs reduction. Consider the number of faculty and staff with institutional knowledge. For example, the size of the institute faculty member who led the successful implementation of a curriculum review task? Or secretary of the department who knows how to navigate complex project development and procurement? Or researcher who has informal links with the National Science Foundation? Or special assistant to the president, who discovered (or created), reports that might be useful to all department chairs or deans use to develop their own strategic plans?

depending on the institutional knowledge of the particular individual they may limit the flexibility and the ability to respond to any organization. The challenge is to translate knowledge of these people live in the moment, and was widely and easily available to any faculty member, staff person, or other ingredients. The institution can broad approach of knowledge management as a result of exponentially improve the sharing of knowledge, both explicit and implicit, and the increase in benefits thereafter. Is higher education ready to adopt knowledge management? An important feature of the institution’s readiness to adopt knowledge management, its culture, beliefs, values, norms and behavior specific to the organization. Informally, it is an unwritten rule, or “how to actually do things.” The higher education is moving from old culture, which considers what is in it for me? “The new culture that says,” What is it for our people? “In developing a culture is ready for knowledge management CONCLUSION: -. Innovations

in knowledge management to improve standards for all institutions to develop performance The students from each faculty, according to its progress can the nation be seen openly. Knowledge management refers to the number of procedures used to identify organizations to higher levels of innovation in education. The sharing of information in industry, colleges, universities, and almost every institution in the country, is to capture the information. Development of Knowledge Management, the national economy is increasing and can compete in the global news

  Introduction

Paths importance of knowing through the Empire (Kritsonis , 2007) A practical framework for strategic planning, which will run education organizations in innovative ways. Strategic plan being developed to implement educational organization Dr. Kritsonis’ (2007) fundamental patterns of thought known as symbolism, empiricism, aesthetics, synnoetics, ethics, and SynOptics. The strategic planning process which determines the current state of educational organization, the objectives expected long-term projections for the future and develops strategies to achieve future aspirations. Strategic planning must be flexible and practical, yet to be used as a guide to implementing the program to evaluate the progress of educational organizations. Strategic basic patterns he weaves familiar ways over the meaning of (Kritsonis , 2007) build on innovative thinking and critical analysis that will improve performance and enhance educational organizations.
  Purpose Rule

as this article aims to discuss ways in which strategic planning is done using methods of information through the Empire of Meaning (Kritsonis 2007 produces) high-performance learning organizations. Skilled strategic planning is to assess current needs, developing learning organizations are considering the future, building commitment, and serves as a guide for education. Effective strategic planning includes the formulation of educational organization vision, mission and values to set the future course wishes

  First Realm. Symbolics
The first is the symbolic meaning of the empire. Dr. Kritsonis (2007) that the plain language such as gestures, rituals, and rhythmic patterns enable people to communicate on a personal level. Effective leadership is the cornerstone of the learning environment. Gonzalez Eaker and write about management training.
Vytvářejí systems and processes to employ on the collaboration between teams of teachers in 1) explains the basic knowledge and skills to get every field unit level and above every instruction 2) joint development often track Every student learning time, and 3) implementation plan across the intervention school students get more time and support for learning, when the problem is. ( Eaker & Gonzalez 2007, p. 6)

leadership training organizations to combine vision, mission and values to drive its future into the best organization is necessary. The vision statement describes what is intended by the organization. I know, where the educational institution at some time in the future. Organizational mission supports the vision and describes the benefit of the organization. Organizational values of the state organization and the key objectives within the culture of the organization.
necessary for the implementation of the strategic plan using the symbols. The vision must be clearly indicated in educational organizations. Vision must capture the current state of educational organizations, and serves as a guide the direction of the organization. As a way to help the principal ensure that educational institutions strive to achieve, a vision, focusing the organization’s mission. The vision should resonate with all members of educational organizations. Organizations must Education expectations indicate clearly that the members be able to work effectively. The effective strategic planning when it comes to dealing with energy and education organizations.
    second Realm: empiricism

The second area includes the importance of empiricism empiricism facts and the truth, says Dr. Kritsonis “The sciences provide factual descriptions, and formulation of theoretical generalizations and that explanation .. based on the observation and trial in the world of matter, mind the life and society” (Kritsonis 2007, p. 12). According to Dr. Kritsonis (2007), the science dealing with facts and figures refer to data observation. Education data collection is essential to strategic planning in educational organizations.
Strategic planning, with emphasis on empiricism, the design of educational needs assessment of the organization, finances, and it enables the organization to set priorities for data-driven. Educational organizations must take to data assistant responsibilities within the organization. It is essential that the strategic planning of educational organizations to carry out critical analysis of the continuum of policy formulation, and evaluation, management, monitoring and evaluation. Must collect data and analyze the current situation in the organization and critical issues related to the organization and functioning of the job to learning organizations. Strategic planning process requires a multi-method approach to collect comprehensive data.
